I keep getting irritated by the lack of clue the average email administrator seems to have. Being new is not a bad thing. Being clueless is not a bad thing.

Not searching the web is bad. Asking the same questions repeatedly without looking at list archives is bad.

If you show up on IRC and expect to be given a non RTFM answer, prove to me that you have done your homework. If you think that asking on IRC will save your time at the cost of mine, please show cash upfront.
